Vegan Lasagna

Vegan Lasagna

Ingredients:

Ready to Bake pasta - 1/2 package
    Pasta Sauce - 1 jar
    Seed/Nut cheese sauce:
        Pecans/Walnuts - 1/4 cup
        Hemp seeds/ Chia seeds - 1/8 cup
        Sunflower seeds - 1/8 cup
        Nutritional flakes - 1/8 cup
        Sliced almonds - 1/4 cup
Anything you might want to add to make a paste easily(cashew, flax)
        water
        olive oil

Steps:

    1) Soak everything except the pasta in water for an hour or so.
    2) Process the soaked items with some oil and make a paste a little on the this side so its easy for you to place it on the pasta.
    3) Mix pasta sauce with vegetable broth or water in a 4:1 ratio so the consistency is a bit on the fluid side.
    4) Lay pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish of your desired size or depending on how much you would like to make.
    5) Lay some lasagna pasta pieces on top.
    6) lay the cheese sauce on top and add pasta sauce to top it.
    7) Repeat sets 5 & 6 until you've used all the pasta and finish with some cheese sauce and pasta sauce on top.
8) Bake at 425 F and for 30 minutes. Check to make sure the lasagna is not dry and add more broth if needed. Bake for 30 more minutes.

Hello World!

Hello all!

This blog is for me to collect recipes and share with all of you. I love recipes with pictures but I'm not good about taking and posting them when I cook since its usually made and directly goes on our plates because it's dinner time!

There will also be lots of estimation on the recipes because that's just how I cook. I will do my best to try to estimate the amounts for those who need it.

You can always comment and ask and I'll see if I can help.

As with anything - Have fun and experiment!
